- You may extend your listing expiration date unlimited times and only pay once as long as the extension is before the expiration date of the current listing contract.
Optional Items:
- Virtual Agent — $30 Highlight your property and attract buyers, one time fee per listing contract.
- Professional Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - $75
